Arthur was well loved by both the staff and residents at Skipton health service.
Every day he had a new story, a new book, something to fill our lives with imagination and wonder and joy until his final day.
He will be sadly missed by us all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
Visiting “Uncle” Arthur was always a joy. He was always so kind and gentle. He will be missed. Unfortunately Ruth and I can’t be there in person today but our thoughts are with you all.
Arthur was a wonderful person to have in our tree-planting community, and a wonderful community member all round. An inspiration to all. With sincere condolences to Rosemary, Helen, Mandy, april and familoies. He will be sadly missed. Val and Chis Lang
Someone to admire. Arthur lived for his 4 girls and all thar were in his family. What an absolute honour to have been part of this wonderful mans life. He will be sadly missed but always remembered for his story and how he lived his life. A real inspiration. I send my thoughts and best wishes to his girls and all his grandchildren.
