Passed away surrounded by family and love.  Beloved wife of Patrick.  Loving Mum of Shari and Tracey.  Adored mother-in-law of Les and John.  Cherished Nana of Rebekah, Megan, Andrew, Jessica and William.

Gone but never forgotten.
